RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FROM INSIDE FINLAND

We have a 14-day right of return and exchange starting from the moment you receive your order. The product must be unused, the labels must be in place and the product must be in good condition. For example, if you have ordered shoes, the shoe box must also be returned.

RETURNS WITH POSTI
You will find a POSTI return sticker and a return slip with your shipment. You can easily return the products by following these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form, enter the order number and the reason that best matches the reason for your return.
  2. Place the return form and the products that you’re returning in the bag / box that you received them in.
  3. Attach the POSTI return sticker on to your package and leave the package at the nearest POSTI collection point.

RETURNS WITH DB SCHENKER
You can return the shipment to the nearest DB Schenker pick-up point with the same shipment ID with which the package was picked up. It’s a good idea to include the package label or shipping ID on the original packaging, as it speeds up return processing:

  1. Fill out the return form, enter the order number and the reason that best matches the reason for your return.
  2. Place the return form and the products that you’re returning in the bag / box that you received them in.
  3. Deliver the package to the nearest DB Schenker collection point.

After checking the condition of the return, we will refund the value of the returned products with the payment method used to purchase them. If the condition does not meet the above criteria, we will contact you and the product will not be refunded.

The right of return and exchange does not apply to earrings or swimwear with the protective plastic removed. Of course, you can complain about possible defects.

If you want to exchange the product, you can proceed as in returns. Return the product,
we will refund the amount of your purchase and you can order a new product in
